Student Board
Abby Gardner
Abby Gardner is a senior from Midland, Michigan, who is majoring in Sociology/Anthropology and Public Health with an emphasis on health anthropology. She is also interested in higher education policy and the ways diverse people learn and communicate. In addition to serving on the Honors Board, she works at the OWU Library, is a member of the Food Recovery Network, and has volunteered at the Delaware County Historical Society. Abby loves thrifting, upcycling, crafting, caring for her hairless guinea pigs, and spending time with family and friends.
Grace Martin
Grace is a senior from Westerville, Ohio. She is pursuing majors in Mathematics and AYA Education with intent to become a High School math teacher. As well as being on the Honors Board, she is an Education Fellow, a member of Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble. In her free time she is also a barista on campus. Outside of academics and work, she loves to listen to music, read, watch movies/TV with family and friends, and play with her cats.
Chloe Sullivan
Chloe Sullivan is a senior from Plain City, Ohio. She is pursuing majors in Genetics and Botany with a minor in Environmental Sciences. As well as being a member of the Honors Board, Chloe is a member of the Citizens Climate Lobby Board and Kappa Alpha Theta, and she participates in the Women in Science Club. On campus, she works as a tutor through the Bishop Scholars Program. For her honors independent study, she hopes to research the genes involved in the bioluminescence trait in mushrooms. In her free time, Chloe enjoys exploring unique coffee shops around Columbus, reading nonfiction books, and getting too invested while watching hockey.
Juniors
Kelsea Cooper
Kelsea Cooper is a junior from Atwater, Ohio. She is pursuing a double major in Genetics and Public Health with plans to become a pediatric genetic counselor or go into Public Health Genetics. Outside of the Honors Board, she works at the Early Childhood Center and the library. She is also a member of Kappa Alpha Theta. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, reading, and spending time with her cat, Marlin.
Jordyn Reformado
Jordyn Reformado is a junior from Tucson, Arizona. She is pursuing a major in Neuroscience and a minor in Renaissance Studies. As well as being a member of the Honors Board, Jordyn is a volunteer at her local hospital. In her free time, Jordyn loves to read, write poetry, spend time with friends and family, listen to music, and go cycling.
Sophomores
Raazia Aamir
Raazia Aamir is a sophomore from Karachi, Pakistan. She is majoring in Pre-Engineering with Physics and minoring in mathematics and computer science. Apart from the Honors Board, she is a part of the Wesleyan Council of Student Affairs, an Executive member of Horizons, and is a Summer Bridge Scholar. She is intrigued by all things space and hope to build a career out of it someday. She has a special fondness for cats. She loves to read and watch sci-fi, write in her journal, paint, and take a nice walk outdoors. She strongly believes in retail therapy :)
Lilly Colbeck
Lilly Colbeck is a sophomore from Avon, Ohio. She is pursuing a History major and Spanish minor. In addition to being a member of the Honors Board, she participates in the ResLife Planning Committee (RLPC), Campus Programming Board (CPB), and Spanish Club. She has also been hired as a Residential Assistant for the Smith Freshman Honors floor for the 2024-2025 school year. Outside of academics, Lilly enjoys arts and crafts, listening to Taylor Swift, watching movies (especially Marvel), and helping her friends.
Andrew Inamdar
Andrew Inamdar is a sophomore from Lewis Center, Ohio. He is pursuing majors in Microbiology and Pre-Medicine with a minor in Chemistry. In addition to being a member of the Honors Board, he works on campus as an intern for the Chief Diversity Officer and as a research assistant in the Suria Lab. In his free time, he enjoys reading, crocheting, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
