The Value of Travel
"It's the little things like how much walking I do here versus when I am home and like the crossings are slightly different, so it's the little things that remind me that I am not home. … I've learned that I can move away and be comfortable with moving however frustrating it can be sometimes. … I think this will help with looking into grad school because it will broaden what schools I look into.
"Experiences like this matter because it can be all too easy to not step outside your comfort zones but sometimes you need to because you never know what you could be missing out on if you don't."
My Favorite Moments
"I think one of my favorite things so far is meeting people. But there's this market here also, and they have a bunch of shops and food vendors. That has been one of my favorite things so far -- to walk around looking at the shops and trying new food."
Why I Chose Ohio Wesleyan?
"I loved the school. … Everyone I met was nice. I knew coming to OWU that I wanted to major in Politics & Government."
My Plans After Graduation
"I plan on going to law school after graduation, and OWU is helping me with the application process."
