Traditions Old and New
As fall semester drew to a close, Ohio Wesleyan students celebrated Winterfest, a new tradition combining the annual “Lessons and Carols” holiday concert and the lighting of the Hudler Memorial Christmas Tree with an evening of fun, games, and sweet treats.
Other memorable moments included Main Street Delaware's 2nd annual “Home for the Holidays” celebration featuring the OWtsiders a cappella group performing at the downtown tree lighting and nearly 200 Battling Bishop athletes and band members marching in the community Christmas parade.
And AVI Fresh continued the longstanding tradition of collaborating with faculty, staff, and administrators to serve a Late-Night Breakfast to students to ensure they had plenty of sustenance for studying for finals.
Happy Holidays, Bishops!
