Take a Drive with the Bishop
If you want to display your Bishop spirit — and live in Ohio — you can show that pride and spirit as an Ohio Wesleyan University graduate, student, employee, and friend by displaying OWU’s specialty license plates on your vehicle.
On sale at the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (OBMV) for the past year and a half, the plates enable all members of the OWU family to be ambassadors of the University while driving on the highways and byways of locales both near and farther away.
“The plates allow our alumni and friends to demonstrate their school spirit and at the same time, support our current students in their pursuit of academic excellence at Ohio Wesleyan,” says Roger Ingles, director of athletics.
To keep the license plate opportunity going beyond December 2011, a minimum of 60 more plates must be sold prior to December 31.
