Richard Pera ’77
American Public University System appoints Richard Pera as the dean of its School of Security and Global Studies. There, he will be responsible for ongoing management and development of the school’s intelligence, international relations, and national security industry programs.

Doug Milner ’82
Chicago-based Telular Corporation, a leader in helping businesses use wireless networks for remote monitoring and tracking, appoints Milner as its chief executive officer. The 1982 OWU alumnus also will serve on the company’s board of directors.

Tanuj Moore ’05
GSF Accelerator, a startup accelerator program, selects Moore as one of 13 people to be part of its Entrepreneurs in Residence in Asia 2013 program. Moore was the founder and CEO of FoodKaMood.com, an online food-ordering portal in Mumbai that later was acquired by Titbit.com.

Patty McCane Butz ’69
The Pennsylvania-based Sewickley Academy names Butz as its director of teaching and learning. She previously served as director of curriculum, instruction, and assessment at the American School in Japan and also has taught in India and Saudi Arabia.

Justin McCoy ’07
McCoy stars in “Ragtime – The Musical” at the Metropolitan Ensemble Theater in Kansas City. His first time on stage was at Ohio Wesleyan in the production of “Camelot.”

Chris Masters ’96
The national College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) elects Masters to its board of directors. Masters, associate director of athletics media relations at the University of Notre Dame, worked as a student assistant in the OWU sports information office during his time as a Bishop.
