Ohio Wesleyan’s newest class of Economics Management Fellows (EMF) were welcomed to campus at a luncheon on Friday of Orientation Week. The gathering provided the 13 students who make up this year’s class with an opportunity to meet the faculty and staff who will guide their EMF experiences in the year ahead. The members of this class come to OWU from as far away as Guangzhou, China, and also from Ohio, Oregon, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and New Jersey.

After a year of study, the Fellows will make a faculty-escorted four-day study trip to New York City at the end of the spring semester. While in New York, they will meet with distinguished alumni and professionals in business and government. Internship and career opportunities also will be presented in a range of fields.

The 2012-13 Fellows include Rachael Carter, Matt Dicesare, Raina Graham, Hannah Jolley, Kamali Jones, Claire Lofgren, Nathan LaFrombois, Nicole Nitti, Jacob Savitz, Alex Stinemetz, Zhongyi Tang, Andrew Tanner, and Tyler Wake.
