Feb. 24 through April 5, opening reception March 1 – “Edmund Kuehn: A Retrospective (1937-2011),” featuring paintings by the former director of the Columbus Museum of Art, and “Gifted,” an exhibition of works donated to the Ross Art Museum’s permanent teaching collection, at the Ross Art Museum, 60 S. Sandusky St., Delaware. Of his paintings, Kuehn said his search was “to find [in the] building blocks of design and color a cool analytic means to tame a given shape to an abundant flow of emotions and creative intent.” Learn more at www.kenygalleries.com. Corns Building, 78 S. Sandusky, Ave., Delaware. Chomsky, who once worked for the United Farm Workers union, specializes in the history of workers and migrants in the Caribbean region. She travels to Cuba frequently and will provide perspective current events, including President Obama’s move to restore full diplomatic relations with Cuba.
