Through Feb. 5 – “Mixed Messages,” Ohio Wesleyan fine arts studio faculty exhibition, in the Richard M. Ross Art Museum, 60 S. Sandusky St. The museum is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The museum is handicap-accessible and admission is always free. 8 p.m. Feb. 3 – The Ohio Wesleyan Performing Arts Series presents The Rose Ensemble performing “Land of Three Faiths: Voices of Ancient Mediterranean Jews, Christians, and Muslims,” in Gray Chapel in University Hall, 61 S. 7:30 p.m. Feb. 27 – 2012 Environmental and Natural Resource Symposium, discussing recent innovations in conventional and alternative sources of energy, in the Benes Rooms in Hamilton-Williams Campus Center, 40 Rowland Ave. Scheduled panelists include Gordon Aubrecht, Ph.D., physics professor for The Ohio State University at Marion; Sean Kinghorn, OWU’s energy conservation and sustainability coordinator; and Paul Centolella, J.D., commissioner for the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
