Ohio Wesleyan Featured in Three National College Search Guides
DELAWARE, Ohio – Ohio Wesleyan University is included among the best of the best in three new college search guides: The “Fiske Guide to Colleges 2014,” The Princeton Review’s “The Best 378 Colleges: 2014 Edition,” and Forbes magazine’s “America’s Top Colleges.”
The “Fiske Guide to Colleges 2014” lists the “best and most interesting” four-year colleges in the United States, Canada, and Great Britain. The annual guide, compiled by former New York Times education editor Edward B. Fiske, considered more than 300 colleges and universities before selecting its latest list.
The Guide features comments from current Ohio Wesleyan students, including their thoughts on the OWU educational experience.
“I have only been at OWU for a year, but I have already met some outstanding professors,” one student said. “Our small class sizes mean that there are no [teaching assistants] and there will be a personal connection with your professor, guaranteed.”
Another OWU student added: “Ohio Wesleyan is a place where the education goes well beyond the classroom. The family atmosphere and the opportunities that the college provides you in a diverse environment enrich the entire college experience.”
