Fall 2022 Accomplishment Highlights

• Submitted our proposal for a Director of Holistic Advising Position to the Administration for consideration and approval

• Continued progress on work with Starfish in identifying groups to be included, assisting with creating progress flows for group notification, and working with Information Services on Starfish Capabilities

Aspirational Goals for the Spring 2023

• Assist in any aspects of hiring a Director of Holistic Advising (as needed)

•  Conduct student group surveys to gain student perspectives on advising and advising process

• Investigate models for peer mentoring opportunities

• Coordinate an advising event for fall 2023 to occur in spring 2023

• Add student support services as referrals in Starfish and communicate changes to faculty so they can begin to make student referrals.
