Countdown to Commencement
Countdown to Commencement is a MANDATORY step towards commencement for all seniors. It's the one-stop-shop to ensure that you're ready to graduate!
Countdown to Commencement will take place on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. in the Hamilton-Williams Campus Center Benes Rooms.
This mandatory all-day event is your graduation checklist to make sure you are prepared to leave OWU.
Upon arrival, you will get a stamp card. If you turn in the stamp card at the end of the event, you will be in a drawing for prizes!
Financial Aid Office
Get Federal Stafford loan exit materials and information on loan repayment.
Student Accounts
Check your student account balance to make sure nothing prevents you from getting your diploma!
Campus Store
Purchase and take your cap, gown, and tassel onsite! The purchase price is being verified and will be posted soon.

Order personalized graduation announcements and class rings.
