Sarah Hahn, Ohio Wesleyan's 2023-2024 artist-in-residence, officially unveils her creation, "Where the Wind Carries You," a multi-piece outdoor sculpture featuring three 10-foot-tall dandelion seeds made of bronze and stainless steel, a pair of 4-foot-tall fingertips holding the empty head of a dandelion flower, a rippling metal wall with a sustainability message, and a native plant pollinator garden.
The dedication will be at the sculpture, located north of University Hall, 61 S. Sandusky St., Delaware, near the OWU Labyrinth.
A 2008 Ohio Wesleyan graduate, Hahn's residency was funded by The Ebb and Teena Haycock Public Art Endowment. Learn more about the endowment and the OWU Department of Fine Arts at www.owu.edu/finearts.
