The Delaware county Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Committee and OWU will host two days of events January 15-16 to explore the topic of “Unfinished Business: The Continued March Towards Justice.”
On Sunday, January 15 at 2 p.m., an online-only panel will discuss the topic “From Civil Rights to Wakanda: An Exploration of Blackness & Media,” and include panelists Dr. Phokeng Dailey, Saharla Loyan, Tamika Vinson-Reid, and Jason Timpson, with Dawn Chisebe serving as moderator. This is a free virtual event.
