Historian and author, Dr. Delia Fernández-Jones will be on campus Thursday, October 5th to discuss her book Making the Mexirican City: Migration, Placemaking, and Activism in Grand Rapids, Michigan (University of Illinois Press, 2023). Dr. Fernández-Jones' talk will begin at 5:15pm in Corns 312. The event will be followed by food and a book signing with copies of her book available for free at the book-signing.
