Bishop Backers Winter Community Day 2023

OWU Branch Rickey Arena / Gordon Field House
| Time | Event |
| 10 a.m. | Volunteers arrive and the field house opens for restaurant(s) setup. A loading/unloading area will be open at the east end of the field house. |
| 11 a.m. | Businesses and community service groups begin to set up in Gordon Field House. Volunteers coordinating the Delaware County Hunger Alliance canned food donations arrive and set up at the Branch Rickey Arena entrance. |
| Noon | Doors open to the public. Entrance is through Branch Rickey Arena, with volunteers directing attendees to Gordon Field House. All expo participants need to remain at their tables until the expo closes at 3:30 p.m. |
| 1 p.m. | Tip-off – OWU Women’s basketball vs. Hiram |
| 1-2 p.m. | Animals from the Columbus Zoo visit the expo |
| 3 p.m. | Tip-off – OWU Men’s basketball vs. Hiram. (Big screen TV raffle drawing at half-time. Winner must be present.) |
| 3:30 p.m. | Gordon Field House closes to expo attendees. Restaurants, businesses, and community service organizations are able to close down tables and remove exhibits/materials. |
