Create Your Legacy
Ohio Wesleyan's motto is "In Your Light We Shall See the Light." Your support of our class gift does more than help us reach our $275,000 goal; it continues the mission of OWU to prepare the next generation of leaders to tackle today's—and tomorrow's—pressing issues.
An OWU education equipped each of us to go out into the world and make it a better place. Your support today continues the rich alumni tradition of investing in light.

It is a gift to be invited to attend this once in a lifetime event. I look forward to seeing friends from the analog era, when punch cards ran computers, music was played on vinyl records, and we were cautioned not to trust anyone over 30. All we faced then was the Draft, Vietnam, Nixon and the swagger and romance of our youth. I hope everyone that can attend will attend.
Jill Fouts Chappuis
I can't wait to see many of you at our 50th OWU reunion. I'm sure we all look and feel just like we did 50 years ago!

REUNION! RETURN! RECONNECT! REMINISCENCE!
I am hoping that as many members of our class will attend our 50th to remember our days at OWU, to rekindle friendships, and to extol the strides that our beloved alma mater and campus have achieved. It is a time of celebration of the time we spent together in our undergrad days and of the renewed camaraderie we hope to embrace in May 2025.
Suzanne Sutter Sumner
What an unforgettable milestone! I look forward to celebrating our 50th and hope you'll be there.

President Bush used to say, "To whom much is given, much is expected." I had the four best years of my life at Ohio Wesleyan, intellectually and socially, that laid a platform for everything that came afterwards. It would be so much fun to see everyone for our 50th reunion, and I would love for everyone to see what the campus looks like now. If you come, I promise we'll have fun!
Ann Groves
Join us for the fun your 50th reunion committee is planning! Reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and see for yourself how OWU has evolved with the times.
Annie Griffith Seiler
The OWU friendships I made from 1971–1975 (and those spanning my 41 years working there) are invaluable to me. I am SO looking forward to seeing classmates from our great class at the upcoming 50th reunion in May! PLEASE plan to come back to share in the reminiscences and the fun, and to honor Ohio Wesleyan for helping to make us who we are today.
Charlie Silver
Pounds heavier, follicly challenged, somewhat wrinkled, and still playing volleyball - I look forward to seeing everyone at our 50th OWU Reunion in May.

Amazingly, we've arrived at both 50 years and 70+ years—but just about every day, I feel as though I'm still 24 inside my head. Although body wear-and-tear reminds me of my actual age, the years have been both kind and lots of fun. If you're reading this, I hope that you, too, lay claim to all sorts of adventures big and small—and that we all can keep those trends going for more years to come. Be kind, be happy, be a Battling Bishop every day!
OWU values inclusion and access for all participants and will do their best to provide reasonable accommodations for this event. If you have a specific request, please contact Mindie Burke, msburke@owu.edu by April 18, 2025.
