Byron's high-profile news media roles include "60 Minutes" contributor and CBS News Chief National Correspondent. During his career, Byron also won a national Emmy, six regional Emmys, and four Associated Press Awards. He also was named Best Journalist of the Year, the highest honor awarded by the National Association of Black Journalists.
Craig graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting in 1985 and obtained his Master of Business Administration from the Scheller College of Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology. His educational experiences at Ohio Wesleyan and Georgia Tech well prepared Craig for what would become an extensive and successful career in banking supervision and regulation.
