This panel will highlight one of Ohio Wesleyan’s most popular Travel Learning courses, The Biology of East Africa. Join faculty and students as they discuss their experiences in Tanzania and answer questions from the audience. These students devoted a semester to the study of animals, plants, ecosystems, evolution, and conservation of East Africa. After extensive study in the classroom, the class traveled to Africa to put theory into practice as they engaged with the spectacular ecosystems, behaviors, and traits of Tanzanian flora and fauna.
