(Approved by the Faculty September 2020)
The instructor of record may submit an online grade change request to the Registrar. Each request must be accompanied by a reason for the change. Changes may be requested up to the last day of the regular semester following the semester during which the original grade was recorded (e.g., if a grade was initially recorded for spring 2021, a faculty member would have until the last day of the fall 2021 semester to request a grade change). Grade changes requested after this deadline will be granted only with the approval of the Provost or a designee.
