Ohio Wesleyan and Case Western Reserve University offer an early admission pathway for OWU students seeking to earn master’s degrees in any of three areas at CWRU’s acclaimed Weatherhead School of Management.

Through the agreement, Ohio Wesleyan students accepted into one of the three Weatherhead School pathway programs will receive a scholarship of at least $10,000, with the potential to receive additional merit aid. Graduates of all three programs currently experience 100% job placement.

Outstanding Opportunities

The Weatherhead School degree programs included in Ohio Wesleyan’s early admission pathway are:

  •     Master of Business Analytics & Intelligence: This is a three-semester STEM-eligible program that includes an internship. Students study cutting-edge analytics using real-world data from CWRU industry partners to develop skills extracting insights from analytics for business problem-solving.
  •     Master of Supply Chain Management: This STEM-eligible program can be completed in two or three semesters, depending on whether students pursue add-on certificates in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Business Analytics. Graduates make an impact in national and international operations and supply chain management in areas including manufacturing and service industries.
  •     Master of Finance: This program can be completed in two semesters and includes three specialized, STEM-eligible tracks: Financial Big Data Analytics, Corporate Financial Analytics, and Risk Management Analytics. Internships are also available. It also includes a non-STEM Corporate Finance track.

Case Western Reserve is part of the CFA Institute University Recognition Program, with the Weatherhead School’s Master of Finance program acknowledged as incorporating at least 70 percent of the CFA Program Candidate Body of Knowledge (CBOK) and emphasizing the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Graduates are well-positioned to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, widely regarded as the most respected investment credential in the world. Ohio Wesleyan’s Finance program also is part of the CFA Institute University Recognition program.
