About

Vicki DiLillo earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University, followed by a Ph.D. in clinical (health) psychology from the University of Miami. She completed a clinical residency at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center and postdoctoral training at the Ohio State University. Dr. DiLillo joined the faculty of OWU in 2004. Her primary research interests include (a) modifiable risk factors for cardiovascular disease (e.g., obesity, physical activity, stress) and (b) health behaviors in college students. Additionally, Dr. DiLillo is interested in using Motivational Interviewing as an intervention to help individuals change challenging health behaviors.

Dr. DiLillo teaches courses related to clinical and health psychology including Counseling and Psychotherapy, Health Psychology, and Behavior Modification.  Additionally, Dr. DiLillo is the co-director of OWU's program in Public Health and is passionate about introducing students to this growing field.
