Yes, with approval from your allergist. Please contact us to
schedule an appointment.
Does Ohio State Primary Care at Ohio Wesleyan perform labs from outside offices, like my home dermatology office?
Yes, you must have a written order that includes diagnosis (ICD10 code), tests ordered, and provider signature. You can bring a hard copy of the lab order to the clinic Center or the medical provider can fax it directly to us.
Am I billed for services?
Like any other clinic or doctor's office, at appointment check-in students, faculty, and staff will provide their insurance card, along with a form of payment for copay (no cash or checks accepted). Insurance will be billed directly.
Can I get my ADD prescription (or other controlled medication) from the Health Center?
Students able to continue care from their home doctor while at school are highly encouraged to do so, but the Health Center can help those who are unable to do so. For our physicians to prescribe any controlled medication, educational testing and current prescriber's documentation must be reviewed prior to any appointment being scheduled.
