Timeline for AY 2025-2026 Internships

  • February 6, 2025 – Internship Proposal Form opens for Faculty & Staff Supervisors 
  • February 20, 2025 – Deadline for Supervisors to complete Internship Proposal Form
  • March 3, 2025 – Supervisors notified of internship proposal status
  • March 6, 2025 – Student application opens
  • March 23, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. – Student application closes
  • March 26, 2025 – Interviews begin
  • April 9, 2025 – Deadline for interviews to be completed
  • April 11, 2025 – Offers can be made (two-week turnaround to allow time to make an offer to a second choice candidate if needed)
  • April 28, 2025 – Offers close. Deadline for position acceptance to be agreed upon between supervisors and students
  • April 29, 2025 – Deadline for Supervisors to submit the Student Placement Form
