Timeline for AY 2024-2025 Internships

• February 8, 2024 – Internship Proposal Form opens for Faculty & Staff Supervisors 
• February 22, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. – Deadline for Supervisors to complete Internship Proposal Form
• March 4, 2024 – Supervisors notified of internship proposal status
• March 7, 2024 – Application opens for Students. Applicant information will be available to Supervisors on a rolling basis.
• March 24, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. – Application closes for Students
• March 27, 2024 – Interviews begin
• April 11, 2024 – Deadline for interviews to be completed
• April 12, 2024 – Offers can be made (two-week turnaround to allow time to make an offer to a second choice candidate if needed)
• April 29, 2024 – Internship offer and acceptance deadline
• April 30, 2024 – Deadline for Supervisors to submit the Student Placement Form
• May 2, 2024 – Appointment notice sent to student and supervisor
