Obituary

Thomas S. Oey on Feb. 19, 2003, in Singapore, after a heroic struggle with nose and throat cancer. Thomas was an associate professor of chemistry at OWU from 1955 to 1964. He was preceded in death by his wife, Berenice Oey and one son, Jonathon, who died in a plane crash in Indonesia in December 1997. Thomas is survived by three of his four sons, Eric, Christopher and Thomas. K. C. Yuen ’61 informed us of Thomas’ passing.
