Performer’s note from Hannah Treadway:
My senior recital is dedicated to my late grandfather, William T. Treadway, Sr. (October 18th, 1947 – July 24th, 2020). Though he was largely deaf during my lifetime, he never failed to encourage and inspire my passion for music; it was by his example that I learned the meanings of diligence, dedication, and perseverance. This performance will be the first that my grandfather will get to hear instead of watching in silence, and for that reason I am thankful to all who have helped make this performance a reality, in spite of the uncertain times in which we are living. May this recital honor your memory, Poppy.
