The Women of Ohio Wesleyan inspire us. They are leaders, creators, connectors, and much more. The Women of Ohio Wesleyan represent all ages, backgrounds, and lifestyles. The Women of Ohio Wesleyan give us reason to pause and say, "Wow."
Started in 2016, the Women of Ohio Wesleyan (WOW) has grown into a signature program, which celebrates a community in which women can learn and share from each other, gain fresh perspectives, and build new or stronger friendships. WOW creates meaningful connections with Ohio Wesleyan and other women, leading to greater engagement, networking and mentorship opportunities, and philanthropic support.
WOW Weekend is a biennial gathering where Ohio Wesleyan women connect on campus (or virtually) to join in conversations, activities, and topics that promote leadership, perseverance, and empowerment.
Save the Date! WOW Weekend 2024, November 8-9.
The virtual speaker series builds upon WOW Weekend and continues personal connections, conversations, and important dialogue throughout the year. The Speaker Series introduces new topics of interest and also dives deeper into some of the topics introduced during the weekend.
Being part of the WOW community also provides time for personal or professional development, which includes networking and mentorship with other WOW women. The mentorship program pairs interested women together with the expectation that individuals will connect a minimum of three times to explore a career interest, professional development and/or guidance, or personal growth in a safe and collaborative space.

Women's philanthropy is powerful. At Ohio Wesleyan, you have the opportunity to create meaningful experiences for women students, faculty, and staff now, while also building a strong foundation for the future. Invest in WOW moments for women students and faculty through the WOW Fund.
